How to get NSO Certificate Online: Birth, Marriage, Death or CENOMAR

Talking about internet, the government agencies also provided a website. Reading all information about the agency and getting the document easy to get.
Let's start in where to go in getting birth certificate, a marriage certificate, a CENOMAR (Certificate of No Marriage Record), and death certificate?
Philippine Statistics Authority (formerly NSO) is the agency we are looking at, where these documents can be requested to.
In getting a certificate online, click nsohelpline.ph
STEPS
- After clicking the NSO Helpline website, you can see the three button below that reads: ORDER NOW, PAY ONLINE, and CHECK STATUS.
- Click the ORDER NOW button to proceed.
- In the next page, select which PSA certificate you like to request.
- Select the purpose of your certificate or where do you need the certificate.
- Answer the question appeared on your screen says "Have you ever applied for this certificate before?". Just click either it is YES or NO.
- Fill out the Certificate Application Form completely, then click Continue.
- Enter the name of the recipient or the person who will receive the certificate. Put your name if you’re the one who will receive, then click submit.
- An order summary will appear. Double check the information you enter, then click continue.
- To be completed, choose the payment methods you would like to pay your order. You can select Over the counter via Bayad Center and Metrobank, Online Payment if you have a VISA or Mastercard credit or debit card, BancNet ATM and Globe Gcash for mobile payment.
- After the request, you can trace it again NSO Helpline.ph. In the button below, click the CHECK STATUS. Using the reference number, enter it to the box and click submit.
NOTE: If somehow you are not around during the delivery of your certificate. You can write Letter of Authorization provided the name of the representative that will receive it with your sign below. Make sure the representative have a valid ID for identification.

Fees: P315.00 (Birth, Marriage, Death) / P415.00 (Certificate of No Marriage Record)
Forms: Online Application Forms / Transactions
Processing Time: 3 to 5 days, including delivery (Birth, Marriage, Death) / 4 to 7 days including delivery (Certificate of No Marriage Record)
Person In Charge: Online service (payment at BDO, Union Bank, Mail and More); Online-credit card (US currency).
